Jodi counsels youth and adults through anxiety, depression, and life transitions, helping them achieve a greater sense of well-being. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy, Jodi empowers clients to enhance interpersonal communication skills, resolve conflicts, and develop more effective coping strategies for life’s stressors.
Passionate about supporting individuals and families, Jodi helps clients build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s complexities with resilience and confidence. With many years of experience as an educator and a Master of Education degree holder, she has a strong foundation in mental health-centered education.
Currently completing her second master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with Bach Counselling Group, Jodi skillfully guides clients through social-emotional learning and personal growth, fostering a deeper sense of well-being. She is a strong advocate for healthy relationships, helping clients establish clear boundaries and practice assertive communication.

Claudine counsels youth and adults through life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and parenting difficulties. Utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), she empowers clients to gain self-awareness, build resilience, and develop effective skills and strategies for better mental health. Claudine’s therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients cultivate inner calm while balancing the demands of school, work, and daily life.
With a strong understanding of modern parenting challenges, Claudine brings both professional expertise and personal insight to clients. As a mother of two teenagers, she has firsthand experience navigating the intricacies of family dynamics, career pressures, and midlife transitions. This unique perspective enhances her ability to connect with and support clients facing similar life stages and challenges.

Aaron Henry

Aaron Henry is currently completing his Master’s in Counselling Psychology at the University of British Columbia. He also holds both a Master’s and PhD from the University of Oxford and the University of Toronto. With a background in philosophy and cognitive science, specializing in attention and motivation, Aaron works with youth and adults facing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, disordered eating, ADHD, relationship issues, life transitions, and existential concerns related to meaning, belonging, and identity.
Aaron integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, all through a client-centered, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive lens. He is deeply committed to creating a collaborative and nonjudgmental space for individuals from all backgrounds. Aaron also brings experience in caregiving for individuals with disabilities, including brain injuries, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and bipolar disorder.
At the core of Aaron’s therapeutic approach is working with the parts of ourselves that we might perceive as obstacles. Anna Khokhlova

Providing counselling in English and Russian, Anna Khokhlova is both a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Clinical Counsellor with her Masters of Counselling. Working primarily with youth and young adults, Anna addresses barriers to better functioning including anxiety, depression. ADHD and grief.
Using a variety of therapies including somatic, cognitive-behavioural, narrative, acceptance and commitment therapies, Anna helps clients identify and work through life challenges to gain increased confidence, a stronger and more secure sense of self. Some stressful life events can result in barriers to being present and engaged in life transitions successfully. Kelly Kuppers MA, RCC #10516
A registered clinical counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors for over 12 years, Kelly works with youth and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, gender identity, sexual orientation, body image struggles, bipolar, psychosis, ADHD and post trauma. Additionally, within the public school system Kelly spent several years working with children formulating adaptive strategies and individualized education plans.
Understanding complex trauma and core negative patterns that underlie barriers to healthier functioning is fundamental to moving toward a healthier self esteem, relationship with self and others. In her trauma informed practice, Kelly utilizes mindfulness therapies, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR) therapies to facilitate change.
