With a background as a qualified teacher and extensive experience in both educational and community settings, Romy brings a deep understanding of developmental and relational dynamics to her work with clients.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and self-compassion-focused therapy. Romy works collaboratively with clients to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, immigration stress, parenting concerns, and relationship difficulties. Known for her calm presence and sincere curiosity, Romy creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. Lucia counsels those dealing with emotional challenges including anxiety, depression, identity development, perfectionism, postpartum experiences, and the complexities of parenthood and immigration. Whether you’re dealing with life transitions, balancing multiple roles, identities, and cultural expectations, Lucia is here to assist you.
Lucia integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and emotion-focused work. Being trauma-informed, Lucia collaborates closely with clients to clarify their goals for counselling fostering resilience, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of connection to themselves and others in a culturally sensitive manner.
Being a mother of two and previously being an early childhood educator, Lucia brings both professional insight and lived experience to her work with individuals navigating family life and personal transitions. Her lived experiences further informs her empathy for those adjusting to new environments, whether in family roles, life stages, or cultural contexts.

With over eight years of experience, Neelu supports individuals, couples, children, and families in restoring their mental and emotional well-being. Neelu provides support for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, PTSD, schizophrenia, low self-worth, life transitions, parenting challenges, anger management, relationship difficulties, and workplace stress.
Neelu holds a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology and is a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). The foundation of her approach is evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), trauma-informed care, Somatic Experiencing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play therapy for children.
Certified in Advanced Trauma Treatment, Neelu brings particular expertise in working with complex trauma, developmental trauma, PTSD, and dissociative symptoms and their impact on relationships. Providing counselling in English and Russian, Anna Khokhlova is both a Canadian Certified Counsellor and Registered Clinical Counsellor with her Masters of Counselling. Working primarily with youth and young adults, Anna addresses barriers to better functioning including anxiety, depression. ADHD and grief.
Using a variety of therapies including somatic, cognitive-behavioural, narrative, acceptance and commitment therapies, Anna helps clients identify and work through life challenges to gain increased confidence, a stronger and more secure sense of self. A registered clinical counsellor with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors for over 12 years, Kelly works with youth and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, gender identity, sexual orientation, body image struggles, bipolar, psychosis, ADHD and post trauma. Additionally, within the public school system Kelly spent several years working with children formulating adaptive strategies and individualized education plans.
Understanding complex trauma and core negative patterns that underlie barriers to healthier functioning is fundamental to moving toward a healthier self esteem, relationship with self and others.
